Liam's appearance didn't change too severely during the Reign. Instantly, he recognized his Successor from his favourite manga. His body had always been similar with the messy brown hair, clear eyes, the gentle features. His face only slightly reshaped itself. Nose, lower jaw, very slightly yet painfully reshaped. The most distinguishable feature is the shimmering orange flame on his forehead that never goes out. His eyes a glowing orange to match the Dying Will Flame upon his forehead. His face is usually stoic and dark, only changing for a grim smile to take shape on his lips. His face is always covered in bandages from constant hours of training against the Excul outside the crystal walls of his Garrison.

Liam is dressed in black khaki pants with a white undershirt, a ripped jacket with rolled up sleeved fading from camo green to black after years of use, and torn after several escapades against the Reign. Along his neck is a silver chain with a silver "X", with the tiniest diamond in the center. His hands are always covered in the combat gloves granted to him upon Succession, the X-Gloves Vongola Ring, as well as the bandages around his wrists from harsh bruising.

Upon recognizing his power, Liam used Sky Flames to burn the word VoXngola into his right arm. As the flames subsided, they left a permanent mark in blood red writing.

Background:

Liam was and is an Otaku. He watched anime religiously and read manga like it was the bible. Before the Reign, Liam had just graduated high school, entering his first year of college. Every year throughout school, and life itself, Liam was a man bored with the world. He searched earnestly to find a passion to ignite his heart, to give him a purpose-- a sense of meaning. Throughout all of his years, nothing other than anime gave him any sense of happiness. The surpassing feelings of every emotion Liam did not even know existed! Only felt with the clash of arms, and impossible magic pitted against impossible magic did Liam ever feel a fire inside.

After the Reign, Liam's entire world lit up. Everything had become perfect, a world that gave him a passion. His only love, the worlds of anime that were brimming with magic, now sent their hearts to him. Liam watched as the few around him were blessed with powers... Powers everyone recognized. Liam found the trick. By offering... Almost a prayer, one could beget a specific soul to oneself. Liam had originally meant for someone else's soul, but the soul he got was literally second best. Liam now lives in a Garrison, training every day outside the walls to achieve his only goal.

Personality:

Liam is a man whose conversation will leave room for thought. He is an incredibly intelligent boy with a gift for tactics through and through. He can be explaining something diversely complex for one moment, and be explaining his lack of knowledge the next. Or even spanning to a conversation about noodles. He smiles with meaning, as he understand how much reason it has. His laughter is well earned, and easy to bring out as his sense of humour is nearly boundless.

However, Liam also brings a native feeling of stoic, sometimes staying silent and staring without any perceived thought. Other times, expressing his feelings of discontent and presenting in the nicest, and if needed, not-so-nicest way to explain someone's stupidity to them. However, one factor that controls Liam's personality, is his passion. His never ending hope and desire to live, and express or experience everything he chooses. He will fight for even the smallest thing he believes in with the biggest fool adamant mentality one will ever see. Even when he's wrong, he will keep on fighting just to see how long it takes for him to lose. Liam's darker side has began to grow as the darkness spreads, granting him a new range of less pure emotions, including sadism.

-Flaming gloves: Gloves coated in Dying Will Flames that can burn and do increased damage Strength +10 Magic +10

-Hyper Intuition: The user has an incredible, almost miraculous intuition to determine truth. Location of an enemy, tell truth from lie, sense and attack, etc. +/~/ Sense (Once every three posts)

Second Abilities

-Soft flame momentum control: The user can emit soft flames to suck away momentum + /~/ Defense (Once every three posts)

-X-Burner: A powerful blast of pure Dying Will flames that blasts and incinerates whatever it touches. In order to use it, the user must be still. Even in the air, this technique halts their movement. The longer it is charged, the stronger it is. It requires the user to emit soft flames from behind, fully halting all momentum, and releasing compressed flames from the other hand in front. Can only be used once every three posts. Can be charged up to three posts for maximum power. +50/+90/+130

-Zero Point Breakthrough First Edition: The user stands still, yet not halted by lacking momentum. They shape their hands together, and create a flashing flame. Any kind of connection, be it physical or magical, is instantly frozen in Dying Will crystal, which can only be melted by all types of Dying Will Flames together. Can be used once every three posts, crystal takes three posts to vanish. +/~/ Magic Defense +/~/ Defense

-Zero Point Breakthrough Revised: The user stands still yet not halted by lacking momentum. They shape their hands together and create a flashing flame. Any kind of connection, be it physical or magical is instantly drained of magic/energy and sucked into the user's body, and turns it into power. Can be used once every three posts. Absorbs half of the opposing stat and grants it to the user for three posts. /~/ Magic Defense /~/ Defense

-X-Stream: The user rapidly flies in a circle around a smaller area limited to twenty feet. After a few seconds, whatever is inside is wrapped in a tornado of incredibly powerful flames that throws and burns them. Can be used once every two posts, tornado lasts one post. +30 Magic

Third Abilities

-Cambio Forma Modo Difesa: Liam's small partner, a tiny lion comprised of Sky Flames, fuses with his gauntlets, creating a long black cloak connected to the gauntlet. The cloak sucks away the momentum, be it magic or physical from whatever touches it, and instantly sucks away all energy within it until it turns to stone. The "Harmonize" factor. +/~/ Defense +/~/ Magic Defense

-Cambio Forma Modo Attaco: Liam's small partner, a tiny lion comprised of Sky Flames, fuses with his gauntlets, creating a massive bladed gauntlet on one hand, allowing him to use the full power of an X-Burner in every punch thrown with massive explosive power. +35 Attack +65 Magic +60 Speed

(User may swap between Cambio Forma forms at will, but must be within one form for at least a post before being able to swap)

Hyper X Stream: Only available in Cambio Forma, the user's range or flying around is increased to fifty feet, and the user's speed is increased dramatically while creating the tornado. The tornado is larger, faster, and does incredible damage with burns and incinerating energy. Once every two posts. +50 Magic

I did not. I am aware it punch is equivalent to a X Burner but But the Gauntlet has moves, like Big Bang Axel and Burning Axel.

Modo Attaco IS the Big Bang Axle. The purpose of the gauntlet is to super compress Sky Flames within the gauntlet to where a punch from the user's right hand has explosive power. The technique itself IS BBA. Also, Burning Axle is only usable with the OVR, which no longer exists.
