Each successor, upon approval will recieve a total of one hundred skill points. These skill points can be used to introduce and create a stat system. There will be five sections each section will can receive.

Strength - Raw physical power

Speed - Movement speed

Defense - Defense against physical attacks

Magical Defense - Defense against magical attacks

Magical Power. - Raw magical strength

Sense - Reaction speed/sensory capabilities

Upon receiving your skill points after approval you can distribute skill points evenly or however you please to place each stat point. This system is being added to differentiate the power levels of each character. In addition to the base amount of points other factors will contribute to additional skill points like transformations or ascending forms as well as the world your character received its powers from.

If your stats are lower then someone's by a single point, it will not make such a difference. There is a five point level, meaning placing your stats in increments of five would be generally balanced.

Strength -30

Speed - 30

Defense - 20

Magic - 10

Magic Defense - 10

This build would suit a generally offensive character with passive or single use offense magic. A very basic build.

Upon creating abilities, you must also detail the effect these powers have on your stats. Forms and single attacks will differ in their changing stats. Attacks will spike your stats for one or two turns, just being an attack such as a projectile or blast, whereas a form will not increase your stats as much ( usually ), but last for a much longer time, and chain off of attacks for an even stronger attack.

Getsuga Tenshou - Blah blah Heaven Piercing Lunar Fang blah adds +30 Magic blah blah.

Bankai (Tensa Zangetsu) Blah blah my sword talks blah +20 Speed + 20 Magic +15 Strength

Remember, depending on the anime/manga/book you're from, some forms will increase more than others. Ichigo's Tensa Zangetsu is SPECIFICALLY Speed based. However, it also explains that it increases his Getsuga Tenshou, and by obvious canon crap, his ability to punch buildings with hightened success.
